Gifting Nx Items Help?

Hey guys, I'm abuot to quit Maple right now but before I do I have a few nx items (really just perma-clothing) and I was to give them to my friend.

I was wondering if this is possible becuase I know you can gift nx items, but im not sure whether you can gift perma-items that you bought for your account o.o.

So basically, is this possible, and how do I do it, Thanks
