@deeemon: Thank you so much. I actually tried to farm there for quite some time before asking but I guess I got unlucky. Tried again today and got it within 10 minutes

I think you can buy them from the merchant in the phantom forest in masteria.
im not sure if they were mokbi or tobi, tho.

I remember I used to use Mokbis. Now I use Ilbis!

@123abt: Well, all I can say is keep trying. Some of the throwing stars / bullets do have notorious drop rate (primarily Eternal Bullet). Perhaps you should look for the ones that have their stat updated like the starforce birds in Leafre. Or you can just try and buy one from others.

@animus: I'm asking because of that very reason. I tried 3 different mobs with plenty of % drop and came out with nothing. Each time I tried I did it for at least 15 minutes at over 200% drop rate

Edit: And I doubt its me being unlucky because one of the mobs I was able to get well above 10 sets of steelies and some hwabis

I've seen it drop several times but I can't recall where it drops.

Hidden street still works for things like this so try look it up from there. It's just that the drop rate is usually terrible.
