10b really isn't much funding. It might get a you a perfect weapon depending on the class but not much else.
Probably kaiser, I like healing when attacking, the final form and I guess the storyline.
You would pick some of the easiest classes to fund l0l.
10b is not much
Do luminous have naturally low range?
