do they still get the 10%/5% bonus damage? what about the -dmg for not using those elements?

BaMs are element-neutral, so they won't observe any damage bonuses or penalties.

Bishops will still observe the damage penalty because of the Holy element (that's why the weapons were made in the first place)

Battle Mages don't get any decrease damage or increase damage.

so does that apply to bishops? i know at 1 point it did, another it didn't...what's it now?
