Level Up Potion Bug?
So, I've previously made a thread on having a glitch with the 1+1 event. I simply didn't get the gauge, or bottle for the event and the potions at all. So tonight, I checked some new acc's and found that I could get the bottles.... Does anyone have an explanation?

I have tried making the potions on 2 of my characters already (one Evan, and one I/L mage), neither of them get the potion quest, the potion side bar, nor the potion itself at lvl 30...is this a bug or something?

So, I've made a Wild Hunter for event stuff, but haven't received the potions, wasn't even aware of the event, til I saw friends and such and asked about it...

erm...have you tried making a resistence or aran yet? or did you make one of the the other ones changed your mind and deleted it?
if you did the second option then you lost your lvl 70 potion
