Cool thing I noticed while training
Pop a tempest blades about thirty seconds before your final transformation ends.
Once you're out of the transformation, activate it. The cooldown for summoning the blades will be over, and you can immediately summon another one.
If done right, you should be almost to the top of the second morph gauge within a few seconds of getting out of transformation.

Then use Majesty and re-use the blades... Kind of a routine now while bossing
