@Ecarina I love all my explorers too! Mostly because they're so original. And my friend reminded me that I shouldn't delete them because of 5th job one day haha. And the memories, as well. And yeah, they definitely will expand the character slots!

@5p33dI3: Ahh :o I love all my explorers xD My DB's probably my least favorite but I'd still rather not delete it. I think I'll just end up waiting until they increase the max char slots past 30 to make a NW, they'll do that eventually.

I guess in the end, it really just comes down to preference. Technically, I could replace the Kaiser link with 25% status resistance, since Kaiser's give %HP, which I usually just keep on my DA.

if you don't need the 2 characters or play them ever. the 2 new cygs look really fun and would prolly get more play time over the 2 you choose to delete.

@darksnuggles If I just need to delete two characters in order to get all 5 other slots available (given that I have two empty slots right now), do you think it would be worth deleting two characters?

As long as you wont miss the adventurers. Plus BW gettin dat revamp soon so it'll be a new class to play for fun.

@DoctorSilent I have all of the links. I have all links except Mihile. I think I might delete an adventurer or two for more Cygnus Knights, but I am still debating.

I'd personally make objectively better links first.
Everyone has DA/Xenon/Kanna but how about things like Merc? 15% exp per kill adds up late grind.

I'd make other characters first.
TBH more Cygnus at the wayyyyy end after all the mildly useful links have been obtained.

I am definitely more than willing to train my characters for the buffs. I really like variety, so I don't even really have a main character. I definitely train all my characters to at least 140. However, I'm just not sure if I want to delete a character or two for the sake of the Cygnus Knight stackable buff. And, I wouldn't know which one(s) I would want to delete.

hold the phone. eating my words... I just went on my 194 wa 155 tb and 127 dw and put their links on my xbowman. and you're all right. I miss read everything Q_Q but anywho, its not worth wasting the slots on resist links if you have all the other links.

I have 3 CKs, they give me 15% total, so no, 5 will not give you 10%. I personally think it's worth it, 25% status resist can go a long way, but the question is, are you willing to train that many characters for that buff?

I'm pretty sure it's 25....I have 2 Cygnus that give me 10% and another at 80 making it 12%.

Yeah, I agree with you. My question is, though, do you think it's worth making more Cygnus Knight's for 20% more status resistance, given that I get them all up to at least level 120?

My link says 5%+2%. 7% resistance.
I can only assume if I got my second cyg to 120, I'd have 10% resistance.

because the skill description says multiple instances of the skill will have a decreased effect
the links give 5% if linked for lvl 2 but, if multiple lv 2 links are linked to the same character the will only count as 2% resister per link on that character (max 10%) with all 5.

I think maybe he got confused because 2% is for a level 1 link skill character; however, I'm asking and talking about a level 2 link skill character, which would give 5%.

I thought it gave 25% status resistance. Would it be worth it then?
