Price Check Unique Belt
I have a 3 line Unique Wise Green Buckle Belt. It has 5% chance to avoid 20% damage when hit, Accuracy +28, and 5% chance to avoid 40% damage when hit.
It's a strange potential, but it's also unique, so I'm not sure what to market it for.

Decided to go for it and cubed it, got LUK 6%, M.DEF 4%, All Stats 2%.
Price check?

Once you cube an item, it resets its potential to something completely different, you still keep your 3 lines and it will stay unique.
cubing might cost you more~ a lot moreeeee ~ i say sell it for like 30m maybe ?
