Wind Archer Hyper Skills Question :) Hey basil, which hyper skill for trifling wind do you think is better to max first? the +10% activation chance, or the chance to hit twice on a single target? I have to wait til level 183 until the later, and I just hit 180 on my WA. Thanks for any feedback!
