Clean Empress and 6 Percent Bonus Dex equipment ~This is a response to Jh00nKnightz thread for a clean armor set or random DEX% equipment. I say the DEX% will give you a higher damage range. :/ My opinion is affected by my comparison of two hats... +10 ATK...and 6% DEX...
