Fully custom Os Why isnt there some fully customizable operating system? why is it always window, x in the corner, minimize, maximise. and theres always that darn border at the bottom. and theres no easily accessible way to cutomize your background into being a gif/wmv, i mean, that should be standard by now, in EVERY PC. people should be able to cutomize the desktop icons really easily also! there are more OS software companies, and they all dont care about what the cutomer wants. "personality" sure people customize PCS all the time. but why is it not a standard thing? imagine if a company that thrives on looks like Apple/ MAC could allow customers to, not only feel unique with a nice PC, but have an OS that is easily and greatly
