I got a mosquito bite Well actually, I got MANY mosquito bites... =.= I love summer, but I dread it because of those damn mosquito's! I didn't get bitten for a whole month, but then I went outside to water my mom's plants, and I got bitten like a dozen times. UHG. And I simply can't resist scratching them! They end up bleeding and leaving a scar... WHY DO MOSQUITO'S EXIST! Does anyone know a way to get rid of the bumps or stop them from biting me? :( I tried insect repel but it just doesn't work/last as long as I want it to.
Anyone here vape? And by vape, I mean use electronic cigarettes. I'm considering switching for various reasons, but I'd like to know some opinions from others. How long have you used electronic cigarettes and how long have you smoked traditional cigarettes? What is your favorite brand? How does the vapor feel? Do you get the same type of sensation out of vaping as compared to smoking? I look forward to your input :)
Industrial piercing Has anyone ever had an industrial (bar) piercing? I'm thinking about getting it done because it looks pretty cool, but I've read that it takes many months to heal and that's putting me off. Also the fact that you can't sleep on that side for the entire length of time it takes to heal... I'm one of those people who always toss and turn while sleeping and that would probably drive me crazy. So, to anyone who has ever had an industrial piercing done, how did you cope with the healing period and what did you do to keep it clean and infection-free? Feel free to add any other important facts about an industrial too. :)
Venting my feelings Most of you probably won't care, and some of you most likely won't read past this point. But I feel like I need to express my feelings. 2012 is here and I was looking forwards to a good year. Second year of college will be over in June, and I'd be on my way to becoming a productive and independent person. Woke up feeling fresh and lively, and took a look at my phone to answer the flood of "HAPPY 2012!" texts. As I was scrolling through, my mom had texted me around 2am telling me her and my dad had a huge fight and he drove away and got drunk and won't answer his phone. At this point I called her and asked her what it was about and she told me not to worry. But telling me not to worry makes me worry the most...
Concerning feeling in my hands So today I was fixing my doorbell because it wasn't working. I was too lazy to constantly remove and restore power to the circuit when working on it, so while I was working on the hot end, I was constantly being jolted through my hands while working. It wasn't painful or anything so I just disregarded it and kept working. But now 8 hours after I've finished fixing it, the feeling of being jolted is in my hands again... I hope it's nothing too serious... Give me some reassuring thoughts.
I found a 5k nx card So I went to Rite Aid to pick up a pack of Arizona lemon iced tea <3 and I happened to pass by the rack with all the prepaid cards on it. I remember I used to go there like almost everyday with my friend about 4 years ago in middle school to look at the Nexon cards, and occasionally buy some. Nowadays I just pass them by and don't even give them a look. But today I decided to look for the new Karma Coin cards, just to see what they look like in person.
