Working out, is this normal Hey Basilers! I started working out at a boxing gym like 2 months ago. I'm 19 and weak as hell since I did nothing in high school, just played video games and did school work lol. So I started out at the gym doing like 50 pull ups and 50 dips, which at first took me like an hour(I did 3 pull-ups at a time ><). But 2 months later, today I did 100 pullups/100 dips/ and 50 cowbell squats (like holding cowbell and arm hanging than squat) in 30 minutes. Oh and this was done while taking the classes at the gym as well, like 1 hour class than did my pull ups and squats. So yea that's normal right?
