I need some Xbox help Hey ya'll. If there are any Xbox know-hows here i could really use some help. Ok here's what happened. We recently bought a new Xbox and during start up it asks you for your email address and asks you to create a password, so not thinking, i just entered the same info from my account on my old Xbox. Well when i did that, it seems to have created an entirely new account using that email and password so i can no longer access my old account, which had my Xbox Gold account on it. How do i get that back? Surely it's not gone for good, right?
