Phantom Hurricane or Rapid Fire Some time ago phantoms asked me why my rapid fire was lvl 1 i told them that its lvl 1 because its not revamped yet some get mad then defamed me and leave when i was trying to explain untill revamp hurricane is better then rapid fire heres maybe why phantoms are looking for rapid fire many phantoms follow sp builds according to kms in where pirate revamp came before phantom came but here in gms revamp has not happened and untill then rapid fire is a weak move and u can not blame the sair for not having it pre revamp hurricane > rapid fire post revamp hurricane < rapid fire
