Is this normal I slept for like 20 hours yesterday. Fell asleep at 10 the night before, woke up at 8, mildly hungover, biked across town in 4 degree weather, Had a massive bake sesh, went home at 4 or 5 and passed out, woke up at 9, half a dozen missed calls from buds, go over pals, only stay for an hour for another massive bake sesh, go home at 1030, pass out. woke up this morning at 8 ish. holy damn.

My pancakes skills How hard is it to flip a BIG pancake w.o a spatula? Apparently not that hard. I really like cooking small thing like brownies, cookies, pancakes, breakfasty stuff, its easy and delicious. Ive been cooking silver dollar pancakes for my family for a few months now, becoming a pancake prodigy, Then I started to think big, what if i went from silver dollar to full PAN cakes? After messing up a few I finally had the patients to let it cook enough, but i couldnt flip it, even with 2 spatulas!
