Whos next to be swayed by modern music? So I've noticed things going on. Artists are trying to get into the whole pop/hip hop style. Most new, "in artists". My favorites are Bruno mars and FUN. Fun has music that is unique. Bruno mars is classic cute, true from the heart music. Taylor swift lost her country side due to today's music swaying her style. Does grammar really matter on the internet? I'll try to speak with proper grammar to avoid the grammar nazis. You see, I've noticed that a lot of people tend to care about grammar on the internet. This is just my opinion, but I really don't see why it matters. The internet is a place to get out, free from school. The boundaries are kind of endless, so why care about grammar? I don't know how many people feel this way, but I was just wondering if I was the only one who gets ticked off when people correct me when I type "your" when I mean "you're". Psychology or Social Work? Is there anyone out there with a major in social work or currently have a long term career in social work? I have heard good and bad things about social work, and that is what I am majoring. I was interested in psychology when I was in school. When I choose my major I was focused on what I can do to give me more opportunities. But after hearing certain things I'm not sure which is best. I really love everything I learned about psychology. Asking a guy to prom? It's going to be my senior prom... And as of now I am dateless. There's this guy I was considering asking myself. But I found it strange to ask a guy to prom.... What does it take to get FPd? Before the flames possibly start, I'd like to point out I have no issue with what's being fp'd at all. I love what gets fp'd and the artists deserve it. However.... If a drawing doesn't get front paged it's hardly ever recognized. And through my observations, it's often been the artists that everyone knows of most that gets front paged all the time... I get a feel that it's not the "latest screens" since these artists show up on FP usually everyday. :3 I just want to know. Maybe my art skills stink :/ who knows? For those musically involved people at school Band geeks, orch dorks, or choir freaks? Which do you favor? Of course I'm gonna say band geeks, since I'm in it. And not to sound corny, but being in band changed my life <3 if I was in choir I wouldn't have met great people and I wouldn't have been who I am today. I play the flute right away.
