I/l Buff in Kmst 1.2.508 so from what I can tell through Google Translate, I/L's Freeze counters now give dmg boost when using Lightning attacks, 8% per stack. added along with CL's buff from 273% -> 300%, that's a great buff =D. personally sad about DrK nerf though but this makes up for it
