Processing Fee Hello guys? So I'm trying to make a prepaid debit card (master card) in the Philippines to use paypal for getting nx. (Karma Koins on gamesupply) and I was reading some conditions and agreements and stuff, then I saw this "processing fee=500php" it's around 11 dollars so not a small amount of money. So I wanted to know what this actually is, like, is it a fee for just creating the card or I can use the money I amounted when I get the card? Thanks in advance my friends ^^
