when do maplestory do the updates? when they say that 2nd v shop will open on dec 28th does that mean shop's contents will spontaneously change at 0:00 UTC? or does that mean they'll do a maintenance on dec 28th at like 2pm UTC? because I really, really need another day to get vengeful ring stones

Cannot use kanna skills in Heizen questline I go in and I cannot open the skill tab. so I cannot put it in key which means for the entire questline I have to attack using Ctrl is there any way to bypass this?
so it's worse deal to get cube/clean slates in package? each clean slate cost 30coins, but the box sells for 500 coins when it contains 10 coins so if you buy it from a box you spend 50 coins per clean slate? how does this make sense?
Afterworld Gold Bag I came back to the game after i heard that there's a 5th job update coming up, and ended up doing the afterworld story line. I wasn't able to complete the last key that required me to talk to the gold bag because there's a glitch or something if you break open the castle. Disappointed, I started the quest line in another character, but I'm right before breaking the castle but I still don't seem to be able to click on the gold sack. All the other theread regarding this issue seems to be old, back in October when the content was first released. Is there no way to click on the golden sack, weather before or after breaking the castle??
What's the exp distribution formula? I was thinking that I should party with my lvl 194 to get her to lvl 200. I am lvl 204 atm, trying to fill my jar of exp bottle. If I grind at scrapyard or future perion, would I lose exp gain? since lvl 194 will not be attacking? Will lvl 194 gain exp? how efficient would it be?
