Why do people post links to websites w/ parenthesis in them? (.)sh/dyYvi/46a1f481d9.png That's an example from just a few minutes ago, and I know everyone knows what I am talking about. If Bails won't let you post the link to the website then just use imgur. Not only is it easier, it just looks nicer as well. Why would you willingly use a website when you have to manually change the address like that just to be able to post it?
Not getting notifications when someone quotes me? I've noticed this happening lately. I won't get a notification when someone quotes me or calls me to a thread. It happens maybe 1 in 5 times I would say? Hard to tell since I don't actually know about it unless I read through a thread and stumble upon it by accident. Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it? Edit - The title is supposed to say "Not getting notifications when someone [B]quote[B]s me" Not sure why it got rid of the word quote

Mr Basil, please fix this Deputy reporting nonsense Over the past day there have been multiple comments and even a thread or two that have been reported by "deputies", and hence dimmed and at risk of being deleted, on the basis of said deputy simply not liking the comment/thread. None of the ones that I have seen have broken rules in any way. 1 of them simply pointed out how NL's mark of NL is similar to NW bats when it comes to flying around the map hitting things 1 thread just had a youtube video of a NW doing hellux. If that is against the rules then probably 1/5 of basil needs to be reported/taken down because it is related to bossing videos. Does anyone else have problems with Basil loading? I use chrome and adblock and literally every single basil page I open never stops loading. It always the spinning blue circle in the corner of the tab at the top of the page, and it has been this way for as long as I can remember. Does anyone else have this problem, with the page never being done loading despite all of the content being displayed?
Can you ban rollback threads once and for all Please Mr Basil. All they do is fill up the frontpage with useless clutter. Unless the Maplestory site has a post up confirming rollback please ban any and all threads talking about one. It happens every time the servers are screwing up, it wasn't funny the first time and it sure as hell isn't funny now. Its just annoying
Stop calling every link a keylogger Damn. This is so annoying, and it was never funny. Just because there is a link up does not mean it is a keylogger. And even if it was, following a link won't automatically download anything unless you have all security features on your computer turned off. And if you do then you deserve a keylogger, and some other nasty goodies like rootkits and zeroday exploits. Really? How can anyone be stupid enough to believe that every link is a keylogger?
