Did i get a cramp or strain? So i was laying down and i decided to stretch. I stretched my legs and i felt this pain in my calf muscle. At first it wasn't too bad, then it got more and more painful. It's like i could feel my muscle moving inside after the pain subsided a little. Now i gotta limp when i walk cause the pain is still there. I just wanted to know if it's called a strain or a cramp or something else? Has this ever happened to you?
