I'm saving one for the mihile revamp and probably put in cannoneer. Is the 25% from cygnus useful or shade link?

Does every attack point matter end game? Thank you! Also recently i've been trying to get decent skills using the tier up RA gears and tradable pensalirs. I got dco so far but just correct me if I'm wrong: bowmasters only need dco dhb and dab? No need for dsi?
