Formatting my computer I've been think about doing this, is it wise? I've had this computer for a decade, it's very slow... should I format it or save up and buy a new one?

Gross someone from Missouri tried to hack me Got an update from google telling me something about someone logging in to my account from Missouri :/ Google stop 'em from logging in, and made me change my password... But should I be worried and stuff? I mean I'm not going to give google my phone number and stuff, but I did changed the passwords on my email accounts, will that be enough? :3
How do I make a youtube video from an Mp3? I have a queer music taste. I love this band, it made me oh so sad when they had 0 of there songs on youtube. So I hoped over to Amazon.com and purchased the album (it was like $6 for 12 songs). I want to share my love and put these songs on youtube... how I do that? :3

However, like every other part of the forums work and don't bring me to the maleware page... so is it safe to go on that thread :3
When was your last backup? Finally got my internet wire fixed (my doggy chewed through my wire :3) But, unfortunately, my keyboard and mouse (and my wacom tablet) don't work outside safe mode, I can only assume it's a virus (tho my virus scanner didn't pick up anything), so my choices are to Format (lost my disk, so this might be a problem), or restore to back up... which my last backup was from 4+ years ago :~( (got way to many files to save on flash drive, so I am just going to blow it all up, and lose 100+ gb's of my unfinished art, game mods, memories, etc). So, when was your last backup? :/
Is my poor littley mousy mouse done for? Basically when ever I hold down left click, or just normally left click it clicks 1-3 times (some times four...), making it a pain to use Illustrator, and type in my pin for that matter. Took it apart and cleaned out a bunch of gunk inside of it, but it still's clicking like an egg >.< Do I have to get a new one? :/
Is windows 10 worth it? Apparently it's free for Windows 7+8 users, but I mean :/... I don't really trust Windows 10 ya know? I kinda don't want to screw myself over.
Usb on my computer doesnt work? Strange things be happening, when I turn on my computer, it goes into my log in screen... I have a password because I am afraid of those commies, but if you know me you can easily guess it (all my passwords are the same thing, my favorite thing, winter). So yeah, after my computer turns on, nothing USB related works (keyboard, mouse, drawing tablet, etc). They light up, but they are dead. I have to unplug all my USBs then plug them back in. 5-10 minutes later, the lights go back on (like caps lock on the keyboard, etc) and my stuff works again. Kinda a pain in the butt! Anyone know how to fix this? :/
Should I keep my maplestory stuff? My computer, she's hurt in a bad way. Gotta either reset back several years ago, or format it all together. Should I save all my screenshots from MS, etc. on a flashdrive? Kinda lazy :/ Might not bother.... not really sure what to save (computer is over 10 years old, and has several hundred gigs of goodies collected over the years, art, notes, mods, game saves, etc).
