What just happened So I usually snapchat this one girl cause I told her I don't want her number since I hate texting. Anyhow, she says she's changing schools and I ask why, she says it's too long to explain on snapchat and she sends me her number. How do you talk to people in different grades? I want to have more older and younger friends rather than the same friends in my grade. It's easy to make friends in my grade because we can have the same classes together and talk about our work together. However, this won't work for anyone in a higher grade than I am. I already talk to people on my bus sometimes because the grade 9s and grade 10s (my grade) talk to each other and sometimes the gr11-12s will join in. Science is not about disproving God But, it is in fact, explaining things without the concept of a God. Let me put it this way: Long time ago, when a volcano would erupt, no one can explain why volcanoes erupted, so they went to the conclusion that it was "some kind of God" and they sacrificed animals and stuff to this "God". Now that time has progresses, scientists are now able to explain why volcanoes erupt without some kind of "God" playing some kind of role in it. Quit thinking that science = disproving God, when all it's doing is explaining some things without the concept of a God.
School is cockblocking me Anyone who is in Engineering or has a friend in this program would know how heavy the workload is and how much time needs to be dedicated to studying. Nowadays life is also about competition, so people are trying to cram a bunch of extra curricular into their schedule to give themselves a nice profile for employers. I know that education comes first but I feel like I lack that feeling people call "love".
