Problem with Tempest Skill Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the Tempest skill stops doing damage after a certain point. At first when you use the skill it works normally, but when the animation gets to its largest size, even though its showing the numbers that you WOULD be doing, the lifebar of whatever im fighting stops moving (not actually processing the damage im doing). My phantom isnt that strong (unfunded lv 153... for now :D) but I can at least kill the mobs in RnJ in 1 hit but with Tempest it doesn't do anything. Havent seen anyone else post about this so maybe its just me. In that case... :/ :| :( :~(
