10 Mile Running Plan The chat section scares me a bit, but I'll try anyways. I've decided that I'm way too unfit and out of shape, so I'm going to NOT spend my entire summer playing Maplestory. That being said, I got a job, and I also want to start running. But when I looked up training plans, there are so many conflicting ideas. So I want some opinions from people who actually run cross country. I need a training plan taking these things into account: - My current fitness level in a 1 to 10 scale is -11 - I need to run 10 miles - I have 12 weeks - I can devote 4 days a week - I have 3 hours every day, but not consecutive… 2 hours, then 1. - But in the hour in between, I will be lightly walking.
