Thinkpad Helix? Hi basil, My school is offering a thinkpad helix as one of the options for a laptop choice, and I was wondering in what your thoughts on it are. I know that it has not yet been released yet (or has it? I'm having trouble finding information on it) It's basically a ultra book that is also a tablet hybrid. My school is most likely giving me the most basic model, so i5 ($1500 I think) Is it really as nice as the forums say it is? Or just an overhyped hybrid?
Disabling Certain Key Strokes Hi Basil, I was wondering if there was a way to disable certain keystrokes (like if you press certain keys in sucession, something happens, ex. crtl+alt+del) I'm always flipping my sreen upside down/sideways, and it's really annoying This is the key stroke: Ctrl + Alt + Up/down/left/right arrows I was wondering if there was a way to prevent my screen from flipping when if I press they keys
google redirect virus Hey basil, I tried googling something earlier but it redirected me to a bunch of different sites I looked it up on my phone And apparently it's called google redirect virus I'm running malwarebytes right now, but the scan is taking forever I also read a lot of articles online, apparently it's hard to remove ? If anyone has experience with this thing please comment Is formatting my computer a bad idea if I can't remove it? As long as I save my documents onto a flash drive it should be fine right ?
