About the Customer Support Live Chat So today, I was going to appeal for my ban using the live chat. I made it to the Ban Appeals category, and It said I was 3 in the line (the queue). So I waited, and waited. I got an auto generated message saying that they opened a ticket for me, because I was waiting so many time. So I had to copy the ticket number and paste in the live chat box 10 minutes after I received it -the ticket-. I did. I made inside the live chat box, but nobody seems to answer. I can chat, and send messages but nothing happens.. They're ignoring me?
