Mastery Books Expiration Date In how many days do they expire?And are the books for all the NX needed skills till 120?

Updated Db guide So, I made a Db now during the hyper event so that I get additional exp and stuff. Skills seem kinda complicated lol and can't find an updated guide on BasilMarket. Would anyone know a guide or just list out what to max/not max? Thanks. :)
Skills not to max So i just made a DB finally . I always thought of making one but i couldn't get NX in my area but finally i got the free books till 120 . Anyways , the main part . I've seen lots of guides for Dual Blades and their skills builds are kinda confusing . So could you guys just list out the name of the skills that should not be maxed or no points be put for it? I would really appreciate it if you help my DB! P.S. Please do not give a link of any guide or such and if you could spare a few minutes , just list down the skill names.
