Need confirmation about Jump Start - Level up Event I know people have stated that you cannot receive a blood mask with the Jump Start Dual Blade. However, when I logged on, I received and accepted a quest which told me once I reached level 90, I would receive a Blood Mask. Could anyone confirm that Dual Blades are not qualified for this item and explain how? Is the quest unable to be completed by the dual blade once they hit 90? I would appreciate any answers, I'm sorry if this has already been posted, and thank you for your time.
