Frequency out of range? So I was playing Team Fortress 2, and I decided to lower the resolution. When I did that, though, the screen went black and it said, "Frequency out of range". The only way I could get out of that screen was by pressing alt+tab to get out of Team Fortress 2. Eventually, I solved that problem by changing the resolution back. Now, however, whenever I start my computer up, the screen just goes black and the same window pops up that says, "Frequency out of range". Help?
