Suicide attempt in my school district Tragedy struck today. It was a normal morning, so I didn't expect this at all. :/ Today during school we had a lock down. It started at 11:00 and ended at 1:00. Every school in our district had the lock down so we didn't know what was going on at the time. An 8th grader in one of the 3 middle schools pulled out a gun during lunch and shot himself in the face in front of 70 other students. The only thing we know is that he had been depressed for the past week. He was air-lifted to the closest hospital because he was still alive. I don't know if he's still alive now. I'm a highschooler, and this still strikes me. Such an eye opener. If he doesn't make it, then R.I.P friend. :/ [b]EDIT:[/b]Facebook friends
