I need Pokemon helpEV training okay so i have a question for them poke experts i know that giving a pokemon rare candies gives them 0 Evs, and if a pokemon is holding a power item like for example a power bracer, it will gain +4 att Evs after every battle regardless if it fights a pokemon that gives idk 1 HP Ev. so my question is, on the discription of the item it says it promotes attack gain on level up, so i was wondering if i let my pokemon hold the power bracer and i give it a rare candy will it still give it +4 attack because is leveled up or will it still gain 0 Evs.
