Semi-new computer is broken My computer that I got about 5-6months ago won't work. I left it on last night, and when I opened it today it just had a blank white screen that said 'ThinkPoint' in big letters and 2 options to choose from. 1 option was 'Normal Start up', but it didn't let me click that. The other choice was 'Safe Start up,' and that was the only thing I could do so I clicked on that. I click it, and a box comes up. It has 2 options at the bottom; 'Quick Scan' and 'Full Scan.' When I click on them nothing happens, as if my computer were frozen and it makes that 'doinggg' sound. I don't know what's wrong with my computer, and I've tried restarting/relogging/closing my computer already. Any help would be appreciated.
