Banned for no reason
I haven't had a chance to ask this for a while now. When I patched maplestory after the Gollux update, I logged on and I was sent to the Dimensional PQ Lobby Area because I was there the last time I logged in. I played for two days, and then I got banned . I dont know why, the only significant things I did were the 2X Experience event that weekend and I bought 20K NX. Has anyone else been banned for no reason since the update and what can I do to get my account back?
If this matter, I updated maplestory manually for the first time, so I dont know if that had anything to do with this.

@aargorn i was banned when i hit 213, this was over a month ago. Ive tried live chat every single time they had ban appeals. Live chat for ban appeals are normally Wednesday, not sure what time it is. But I hope you get your account back cause Ive decided to give up.
Do they respond to tickets, and can someone link me to their live chat?

Welcome to the club. I got banned 10 days ago for being AFK in Henesys Market. Permanently for "Misconduct". Only account that can play gMS gone... 203lvl funded Aran gone... Exclusive event items gone... Linkmules gone... Perma NX gone... 7 years worth of time, effort and money gone... Never got banned before in all these years but there's a first time for everything eh?
There's a 140 page thread and several smaller threads about exclusively false bans on Nexon Forums. Go figure. Game is dying and the folks at Nexon can only look in the mirror to find the culprit.
what did u do exactly before u got banned also did u get banned while u were still playing or u logged off then next day or w/e logged back in and banned ?
There should be a support link on the GMS website you can look through.
Don't expect any compensation or an answer any time this week though...
