Worth the price tag?
So today, I bought my 103 elemental staff 2. When I bought it, it had 144 matk, some int (more than 10), 2 lines- 15% def ignore and +55mp. It was scrolled 4 times and enhanced 4 times. I got it for 230mill. Did I get ripped off?

I'd say you made a good deal. That staff should be able to last for quite some time until you're able to afford something better. Its much better than the staff my BaM is using. I only have a 123 M.Attack one, and I got it for ~120 mil (It was considered cheap back when I got it xD).
Just try not to break your Ele staff. It will last you a long time.
I realize I can't use this for end game, but it's defiantly an upgrade from my blue marine. It's not like I'm tight on money, but I recently blew up something and lost some money from that, so I want to more conservant with money. Man, that was the first time I blew something up; feels bad bro.
I'd say no! It's not end game material, but you didn't get ripped!
