The Gale Gourd Quest
Have you ever been sitting around just doing this quest for the tempest coins? Ever wait about a minute between the time you turn in the filled gourd and the when the quest would pop back up which actually seemed like 5 minutes? Well, wait no more.
I found that if you use a use item, I've been double-clicking the Stardust, the quest quest will immediately become available.
YMMV, but I thought that might help some of you.

I thought about that as I was writing, but didn't feel like testing it. Good to know that works as well.
I'm sort of surprised how some haven't noticed this before, I've been using these methods for a lot of the previous events similar to this.
There's several ways to make it appear instead of waiting a few minutes.
Using items is the most common(and I find that it works best), it even works if you re-size your chat box with your mouse.
What I tend do do is by clicking the 'Slot Merger' button on the bottom right of your inventory window, once.
Also, if you're in towns most of the time, what the above mentioned is a great way to finish the quest, since Cassandra always has it up right away.
I also tend to just use a buff skill(Unless the character being used for farming doesn't have it at the time.) I suppose it's for those people who don't like to waste even the smallest bit of time and make the most efficient use of farming eh?
I've been farming coins all week. The quest pops up pretty quickly because I just sit in a town.
Or stand in a town and use a near town scroll.
