Possibly a new char

Alright so I have about 40% and a 134 attack cane but I have a measly 12-20k range. I could probably get that with way more less funding, btw I'm also a 142 phantom. I'm thinking of making a new char like a shadower possibly. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
