I'd be happy to get even 1 item to legendary with 24 black cubes.
For me with miracle time I average 5 cubes. So if you're lucky then you might get 3. Maybe 4 if you're really lucky. I would suggest buying 2 packages though
people say its around 5 black cubes for 1 equip uni>legend but its all luck based

Took me like 40 cubes on Miracle time to get legendary from unique x_x

I normally get 1 legendary per stack of black cubes so I doubt so.
It could take 4 cubes or 4 million cubes. It's all luck based, no one can tell you.
