Sure it does. I used mine on my Crossbowman.
well, if u create a Cs, Ds, or Merc now, u cant get the pot. if u have one that was created during the 1+1 event, then yes, u can still get the 2 pots. once u transfer to another char. and it's in his/her USE inventory, u can't transfer to another one of your characters :X

Doesn't work on Phantoms.
you cannot get them anymore unless you still have the exp potion bar on the right side of your screen, but the actual potion does not expire, so you can technically use them whenever you want..
