Actually the quests to go fight krexel where you need to kill
100 and grab 100 drops gives gloves for attacks 60%. You can
also get them from pq bosses I think. I got one from hob pq for example.

There's supposed to be a repeatable quest in Ulu City that randomly gives GFA 60%. However, last time I checked, it's actually not repeatable. I don't know if it's glitched, or it's intentional and there was a typo when they said it's repeatable. There are other quests that are repeatable in Ulu City, but not the one that gives GFA 60%...
If anyone had info on repeatable quest for GFA 60%s, do you think they would tell? QQ there is no repeatable quest for GFA 60%s -.-
