Cash shop disconnection

I have this error for like 6 months, searched and did everything I can think of.
Everytime I open cash shop i just dc.
After that I got this disconnection notice, log in again then it says I'm already logged in.
Then if I wait it out and log in again I can access my character selection screen, but if I choose any character it dc me to desktop and say I can't play because "the server is down, I'm IP banned, or my connection is not stable"
Here is some method I've tried so far:
Redownload and reinstall the game many time.
Using nexon laucher to fix the client. This fix the ngs and black cipher error, allows me to log in
Try to access cash shop with character that has less than 16 items per slot (not working)
Log in with different account. This can unlock my "already logged in" character, but won't help me gain access to cash shop
Reinstall the window many time
Cmd ipconfig release renew flushdns
Add 20gb of virual ram (still lagging)
Add ms to firewall exception list
Run all ms exe as admin
Uncheck all run as compatibility mode
Defrag everything ( still lagging)
Updated all driver
CCleaner to clean stuffs and fix registry
And others common stuffs, but that's it. Hope you guys can help because nexon only sends useless bot to reply their tickets and shut down any ppl who dare to complain about their mess ( this happens 6 months and I think it happens to others ppl as well).
I remember this started when nexon starts using their own works. NGC and black cipher, add etracer then everything becomes so laggy and random dc everywhere. Why do they have to mess everything up when things are working and running. I believe this happen because I have too many items in my cash shop storage. This may lag me out when I open cash shop. Nexon believes that lag=hack, poor connection=poor people=hackers aka trash, treat this as their only way to deal with hackers. They turns us down, their 10-years-mapling loyal customers while real hackers and botters still running around toying with market and afk lvling. I read somewhere you have to gift yourself something then you can access cash shop. That was a fix for meso package charm abuse. After that you can just wait for them to expire to be free from the lag, but my stuffs are all permanent nx clothes. They won't expire and I can't just throw them away or spend cash everytime I want to open cash shop.
I can still play without cash shop, sure. But not using it means no reward point, limited market trade. My pets are all in the storage, so more death due to lag, no auto buff during boss, insane slow items pickup. The most impotant thing is no changing clothes. I'm fine with low damage, lag and the loneliness of a dead server, but imagine a girl that have to wear the same clothes everyday, every moment of their life. It kills all the joy of playing this game. It's a crime.
