Gamelauncher Issues
I recently downloaded the entire game client form the website and installed it in my laptop (win7 os) .. after installation i tried gamelauncher .. everything loads upto black cipher after that an error report shows up that says " Send this report to nexon... " .. Game launcher is not working and even the website launcher is not working.. anyone know how to fix it? ! >.< o.o

I had a problem like this while patching. I'm not sure if it'll fix it since mine was via patch and your's is a full game download, buuuuuuut after you get the error try deleting the folder black cipher is in then use the gamelauncher.
