its 20-25B for that claw since perfect prime scrolled is 15b but thats just in scania though not sure about your server
I spent 10.5b making a +9 scrolled Fafnir claw that's 3L unique, 5 stars, and has a fortuitous Hilla soul applied.
I could probably resell it right now for around 13b - 14b, so I would say your prime scrolled one would go for at least 16b - 18b, if not more than 20b if you can get it to legendary potential.
