2nd try, new class and new job.

Alright, since my last thread only got one person who didn't really say anything about my idea, I decided to post it again at an earlier time. Now, I don't know if thats against the rules, so I locked the other thread.

~original thread~

So, what I have proposed for you fine people today is a new class and a new job. Now, this is still open for suggestions, for I had not thought out every single detail yet. In fact, this is more like a rough draft, a brief idea. So, new class, Black Wings. Essentially this class will give players a inside look on the "bad guys" of Maple. I'm hoping this type of class will break the good vs evil, black and white thing between the heroes and the Black Wings, show that they are not really "evil" but just a different side.

So far, the only job I have for this class is the Agent, so I am still open for suggestions for more jobs. Basically, I want this to be one of, if not the most mobile classes. The focus is on mobility, not damage or survivability. So, you have you're typical equips for them, but for a weapon, you get something called a core. The cores will have different names for different leveled ones. Basically, by equiping the core, you entire character gets this bodysuit/armor. Thats how you fight.

This is basically a more agile Mechanic, except hopefully not OP. You skills compose of plasma/energy weaponary. You arms can turn into this small cannon, kind of like Samus Aran's hand cannon. You have a regular shot, and a buff that increases that damage. Also, another new type of skill is one where you get to shoot in whatever direction you want. You will press the key, and if you hold both the <-- and --> keys, you will shoot one cannon to the left, and one to the right. This applies to up and down too. Also, if you only one arrow key, then both shots will go that direction.

However, that isn't the trademark of this class. The Agent's trademark are his skill called Booster Feet. You've seen those movies where people have rocket boosters on the bottom of their shoes that allows them to fly right? Well, thats basically it. You activate the skill, and at max level, for 15 second, you can control you movement using the arrow keys in the air. Yes, you can fly.

Any attack will cancel the booster out. You can only activate the skill when you are on the ground, you will lift up a little and you move from there. You will also get another skill called Booster Dash, where you can press the jump button and any arrow key, and you will boost towards that direction. That will also cancel out the skill.

Other attacking skills include Energy Rain, your character flies up and shoots a barage of energy bullets at monsters. Hits 4 monsters 3 times each, this will be your 2nd job mobbing attack. Your 3rd job mobbing attack will be Energy Sword, where you swing a large sword made of energy in one direction. Hits 6 monsters, high damage.

Aaaand thats all I have right now. Like it? Hate it? Remember, this is a work in progress, feel try to suggest new moves, and change the damage or how the skills work. I'm hoping that this will be a fun class to play since you get to fly around

Naw dude im kidding but seriously you cant make these far-fetched ideas and expect people to agree wichu.
People already hate mechs, you'll be giving trolls a day off.[/quote]

I thought people hate mechs because of how much damage they can do O_O. Besides, I thought people would love the idea to fly around in Maple.

its a good thought but it would be pointless not many people would use that class and if the get OP during chaos everyone will just hate them even more there are too many goody goody two shoes out there...but they try to act tough over the internet
