White Combat Tunic amp Hair problems

Hey there guys, I'm looking to purchase the white combat tunic, judging on the prices around 29 mil ish.

Also I have a question, can a male maple story character get a female's hairstyle?

There's this one long hair style in banned story but i can't find it anywhere else, so i assume it's one of the girl's hairstyles.
It is the 3 one first row on the "non-gender category".
