Special Bonus Potential from Cs not working
I just bought a special bonus potential scroll from the CS but it does not work. I tried using it from the equipment enhancement window but it says to close it and double click in use tab. I did but it doesn't respond, I tried, restarting the client, changing channels, dropping it, putting it in and out of storage and it still won't respond. So this is a heads up for those who were planning to buy it.

I did. The scroll still doesn't work.

equip the item and drag the scroll into the equipment ui and click on the item
