wait setting it to steam services? and hmm ill try game launcher if that's the only way i know how to run as admin. I never touched anything tbh!

What I do though is limit it's usage to just 2 cores.

1. When the password input comes up, open taskmanager and set affinity of nxsteam.exe to just 2 cores. Then launch the game. After I started doing this, it has been more stable.[/quote]
hmmm, im getting the operation could not be completed. Access is denied.

I used Steam, I updated it this morning, no problems running it. Windows 8.1 btw. I would try restarting your computer if you didn't yet.
