Henesys Market Glitch?

Okay so basically I was being super naive when I was buying NX and paid first while purchasing off this random dude. Obviously I got scammed, and so when I tried to track him down, it said he was in Henesys Market. However, when I went there and searched around, he wasn't there. A few of my alliance buddies came too, and none of us found him. Is there a glitch where you can make yourself invisible in Henesys Market?
